Thank you for learning with School of Science. We value your educational journey and strive to provide you with the best online learning experience possible. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your course purchase, we are here to help.

Returns and Cancellations

Because our products are digital (video lessons, PDF notes, and quizzes), we accept refund requests within 7 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return/refund, you must not have completed more than 10% of the course content or downloaded the proprietary PDF materials.

Refunds

Once we receive your refund request and inspect your account's course progress, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Exchanges

If you accidentally purchased the wrong grade or subject (e.g., Grade 10 Science instead of Grade 11 Science), please contact our support team within 7 days of your order. We will gladly swap your enrollment to the correct course, provided you have not completed significant portions of the originally purchased course.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items and conditions are strictly non-refundable. These include:

• Courses where more than 10% of the video lessons have been watched.
• Courses where quizzes have been attempted and completed.
• Downloadable PDF notes and reading materials (once accessed).

Technical Issues (Defective Items)

In the unfortunate event that you experience persistent technical issues (e.g., videos not playing, quizzes not loading) that prevent you from accessing your purchased content, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and provide a fix, or issue a full refund if the platform is found to be at fault.

Processing Time

Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 5 to 7 business days after we approve your request. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your bank account, depending on your payment provider or card issuer.
